Getting Started

Current Students

  1. Log in to Hiration using your SJSUOne ID and password.
  2. Upload an existing resume or start a new one. You can also create or upload a cover letter when needed. 
  3. Review the customized AI feedback and make improvements.
  4. Practice job-specific interview questions and get custom AI feedback to refine your answers.
  5. Continue refining your materials and interview preparation before applying.

Alumni

Graduates retain free access to Hiration for one year after graduation, starting with December 2025 and May 2026 graduates. Alumni beyond one year after graduation can explore purchasing a Career Center alumni membership to access Hiration.

Faculty & Staff
