The Career Center provides alumni with a variety of services after graduation. Select your alumni status for more information regarding available services.
Alumni have complimentary access to the following Career Center services for up to ONE year after graduation.
- 1:1 Career Counseling
- Receive up to (3) 30-minute, virtual career counseling appointments with your undergraduate career counselor. In-person drop-ins at the Career Center are for current students only.
- View our Career Counselors & College Liaisons to find your counselor and email to schedule an appointment.

Alumni who have graduated more than one year ago can purchase a Basic, Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 Career Center Membership to access additional services. See below for details.
- 1:1 Career Counseling
- Before purchasing a Level 1, 2, or 3 Career Center alumni membership, a one (1) 15-minute virtual career counseling consultation with Career Counselor Carrie McKnight is required.
- Email Carrie to schedule your consultation to form basic career-development goals and identify next steps.

All alumni are invited to join the SJSU Alumni Association to connect with other Spartans and stay connected to the SJSU community.
Career Center Memberships
The Career Center offers Basic, Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Career Center Memberships for alumni. A membership gives you access to 1:1 virtual career counseling, access to select on-campus recruiting events, and more.

Terms & Conditions
- Before purchasing a Level 1-3 Career Center alumni membership, a one (1) 15-minute virtual career counseling consultation with Career Counselor Carrie McKnight is required.
- Memberships are valid for up to one calendar year from the date of purchase.
- Please reach out to registrar@sjsu.edu if you don’t remember your SJSU ID number.
- Please use a only a credit or debit card to purchase a Career Center Membership.
