You Make a Difference
This program recognizes employees for supportive day-to-day interactions and outstanding performance in support of Career Center goals.
In addition to monthly team recognition, we recognize our employees twice a year with teambuilding events (activities include lunch, movies, bocce ball, painting, role play and bowling).
Employee of the Year
This award recognizes employees who exemplify professionalism and a dedication to excellence in career services. Nominations are made for staff who perform above the standard to enhance events, services and operations, and influence the team. This award is presented at the Career Center End-of-the-Year celebration; award to be determined by the Executive Director.
Submit a nomination here to be reviewed by Career Center managers. All nominations from the monthly and quarterly drawing will also be considered in selection by managers. The deadline for Employee of the Year nominations is May 10th.
