Use Focus2 to take self-assessments to explore majors and careers and discover your work interests and personality.

Getting Started

Current Students

1. Log in to Focus2 using your SJSUOne ID and password
2. Complete the Focus2 self-assessments:
   • Work Interest Assessment
   • Personality Assessment
   • Leisure Assessment (optional)
3. For additional support interpreting your results, schedule an appointment with a career counselor on Spartan Connect.

Alumni

Alumni can continue to access Focus2 for free for up to 1 year after graduation. If you graduated more than 1 year ago, please see our Career Center Memberships to explore available options.

Faculty & Staff

SJSU Faculty and Staff can review or provide feedback on their students’ self-assessments by requesting a user account through this Google form.
